Redlands United operates within the recommendations of the Department of Fair Trading regarding committee structure. Therefore each Chairman has a sub committee made up of members that are willing to assist with the various tasks or have a valued input into the decision making.

Sub committees meet regularly and are charged with making recommendations to the committee on the direction or policies of their relevant area , there are also various hands-on tasks that need to be completed at times and members of these committees assist in completing these tasks .
