Redlands United FC is pleased to announce that Sam Langley has returned to Redlands United for the 2021 NPL season.
The 23 year old Redlands Junior has returned from stints with Wolves FC and Capalaba FC. Langley had previously played 75 senior games for the Red Devils, scoring one goal. Sam was a member of the Club’s NPL Championship winning side of 2016. He made his 1st team debut at the age of 16.
On his decision to return to Redlands Langley commented, “Excited to be back at my home ground where I grew up and achieved a lot of great things! Excited to do it all again and start working hard with this team. I am also really looking forward to working with Richard and Anno.“.
NPL Head Coach Richard Greer is excited to have Langley back at Redlands and commented, “I am delighted to welcome Sam back to Redlands United Football Club. Sam is Redlands junior that went on to play a major part in some of the clubs recent success. He has played a large number of games in the NPL and brings a wealth of experience. He is a combative midfielder with a great passing range. I look forward to seeing Sam in a Reds shirt again.”
